I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for the great job you and your crew at Adative Living Solutions did on the recent instillation of the ceiling lift system in the seven bedrooms of our group home. Your attention to detail was very reassuring to the residents of our home. I was glad they were home to watch the instillation and the extensive testing of the system.
The residents being home posed a logistical challenge that you handled very well.
Your sensitivity to the resident's physical and social needs was commendable. The crew bounced back and forth between the rooms as they came available to minimize the impact on the residents being able to access their room.
Most impressive was the compassion and sensitivity shown towards the residents. You and the crew were always talking and laughing with them. They really went out of their way to interact with them.
