We have BHM certified service technicians on hand to answer any questions or concerns you my have regarding BHM products.
FOR SERVICE: We have a broad network of Dealers throughout the U.S. ready to handle your every need. Just give us a call and we will put you in contact with the Dealer in your area.
FOR REPAIRS: Some Dealers are not certified to repair lift motors. If this is the case with the Dealer in your area. we will be more than happy to perform the repair on your lift motor. For your convenience and at no cost to you, We will send you a loaner motor for use while yours is in the shop being repaired.
STEPS FOR LIFT MOTOR REPAIRS:
1. When your loaner arrives, take everything out of the packing box.
Put the motor to be repaired along with the battery, battery charger and charger coard in the original shipping box.(these boxes are designed to protect the contents during shipping)
Place the pre paid UPS mailing label(that we will provide in the loaner package)over the mailing label on the box and ship your motor to us for repairs. you can give the package to any UPS driver or bring it to any UPS store.
2. Upon receiving your motor, we will determine what repairs are needed.
We will contact you with the suggested repairs and upon your approval, make the necessary repairs. After completing the repairs, we will perform a diagnostic check to make sure the all functions of the motor are working within the safety standards put forth by BHM medical. This includes proper functionally of battery charger and battery.We will ship the motor back to you with an invoice attached.
3. When you receive your repaired motor. Take everything out of the packing box and test your motor for proper function. Once you are completely satisfied with the workings of you motor, follow step 1 in repackaging loaner motor and all its contents in original packing box and attaching pre paid UPS label.
